E-commerce Business Analyst, UX and Functional Testing

Amaris Consulting is looking for an E-commerce Business Analyst, Product Owner or Functional Consultant to support a Digital team during an important e-commerce transformation project.

This is a functional role with a strong focus on user experience, customer journeys and e-commerce performance . The ideal candidate will understand business needs, test recent digital features and help ensure that the e-commerce platform works effectively with the company’s new ERP system.

Key responsibilities

- Analyze business and customer requirements for B2B e-commerce.
- Define and improve user journeys, usability and digital functionalities.
- Test front-end e-commerce features and user experiences.
- Test integrations between the e-commerce platform and ERP system.
- Gather user feedback and translate it into practical product improvements.
- Support product ownership, backlog refinement and functional prioritization.
- Collaborate with Digital, UX, Business and Technical teams.
- Identify issues, document findings and follow up on corrective actions.




- Work independently and provide functional support throughout the project.

Profile
- Experience as an E-commerce Business Analyst, Product Owner, Functional Consultant, Digital Product Analyst or UX-focused E-commerce Consultant .
- Fluent French is essential.
- Experience with front-end e-commerce, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Practical knowledge of UX testing, usability, user journeys and customer feedback.
- Experience testing or supporting the development of new e-commerce features.
- Understanding of UX/UI design and customer-focused digital products.
- Experience testing platform and ERP integrations.
- Strong functional analysis, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused mindset, with enough technical knowledge to work with development and integration teams.
- Ability to work independently in a temporary project environment.
