Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be committed to fostering a nurturing, engaging, and inclusive learning environment for young children. The position requires a strong foundation in early childhood education, excellent caregiving skills, and the ability to work effectively with children of diverse backgrounds and needs.

Duties

- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
- Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and team members.
- Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing individualized care as necessary.
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to promote a cooperative educational atmosphere.




- Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, development milestones, and other relevant documentation.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.

Qualifications

- Prior experience working with children in educational or caregiving settings is preferred.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create engaging learning activities.
- Compassionate caregiver with excellent communication skills.
- Relevant certifications or credentials in early childhood education are desirable.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment dedicated to children's growth and well-being.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Casual Pay: $15.00-$24.62 per hour
