- Escalate unusual customer issues or recurring fulfillment problems.
- Maintain qualified and timely customer communications.

4. Inventory & Fulfillment Coordination

- Monitor inventory availability across online sales channels.
- Identify low-stock, out-of-stock, or incorrectly listed products.
- Assist with FBA and FBM shipment preparation, documentation, and tracking.
- Coordinate routine inventory and fulfillment updates with the E-commerce Lead and warehouse teams.
- Flag inventory discrepancies and shipping delays.

5. Reporting & Administrative Support

- Update and maintain e-commerce trackers and operational reports.
- Assist with collecting sales, inventory, listing, and order information.
- Maintain organized product documentation and digital files.
- Identify repetitive administrative tasks that could be simplified or automated.
- Support other day-to-day e-commerce activities as assigned.

Qualifications

Required

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, follow established procedures, and meet deadlines.
- Strong written communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable learning new systems and troubleshooting routine issues.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple departments.

Preferred

- Inventory and fulfillment issues are escalated before they become significant problems.
- Operational records and reporting are current and reliable.
- The E-commerce Lead has more time to focus on sales performance, product planning, and channel improvements.

What They Offer

- Annual salary of $47,000–$50,000 CAD.
- Opportunity to develop practical experience across Amazon, Shopify, and e-commerce operations.
- Exposure to licensed sports merchandise, consumer products, and online retail.
