This manager leads Gusto’s ecosystem partnership motion within the broader Partnerships organization. You will balance relationship depth with scalable programs, including portfolio company engagement, founder and operator education, and platform integrations. Success requires collaboration across Partner Marketing, Events, Sales, Recruit, and other Partnerships teams.

Build repeatable ecosystem partnership programs

Determine one-to-one and scaled partner engagement

Coordinate scalable programs with Marketing and Events

Align net-new partner sourcing with Recruit

Represent Gusto across the VC and PE ecosystem

Requirements

Background in program design or portfolio engagement
