As HSE Lead, you will provide workplace, health, and safety expertise for FLINT’s energy and industrial services. The position supports a safety-focused culture and compliance with OHS and company standards. You will also guide HSE training and development.
Promote HSE practices among employees and subcontractorsProvide technical support for HSE training and developmentManage WCB in partnership with Human ResourcesAssist management with incident investigations and reportingEnsure corrective actions are implemented after incidentsRequirements: CRSP certification and/or Occupational Health and Safety Certificate preferredKnowledge of HSE Management Systems and audit toolsExperience with Alberta Partnerships CORRelevant WHMIS, CSTS-09, H2S Alive, Fall Protection, and CSO ticketsAbility to lead HSE Advisors and communicate proficiently in EnglishBring OHS expertise, incident support, and HSE leadership to FLINT’s safety-sensitive maintenance projects and remote sites. #
