Lead all day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure efficient and successful executionRecruit, hire, train, coach, and develop restaurant team members and leadersCreate a positive, accountable, and guest-focused cultureDrive restaurant performance through labor management, scheduling, inventory, and cost controlsEnsure food quality, speed of service, cleanliness, and hospitality standards are consistently metMonitor sales, profitability, and operational metrics to achieve business goalsMaintain compliance with food safety, sanitation,
