Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented individual to join our manufacturing team as a full-time Embroidery Machine Operator / Production Associate.

The primary responsibility of this position is to assist with the operation of commercial embroidery machines to produce high-quality embroidered products. The successful candidate will also support other areas of manufacturing and production as needed, including assembly, quality control, packing, and general shop-floor duties.

We are looking for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in producing quality products, and is willing to contribute wherever needed in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.

Previous embroidery or manufacturing experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and assist with the setup of commercial embroidery machines.
- Prepare garments and materials for embroidery production.
- Monitor embroidery quality and ensure finished products meet company standards.
- Trim threads, inspect finished items, and prepare products for the next stage of production.
- Assist with general manufacturing tasks, including product assembly, packing, and material handling.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Follow production instructions and work efficiently to meet daily production requirements.




- Work cooperatively with team members and assist in other production departments as needed.

Qualifications & Skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Good hand-eye coordination and ability to perform hands-on tasks.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently once trained.
- Willingness to learn new skills and assist with a variety of production duties.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and performing repetitive tasks.
- Previous embroidery machine operation or manufacturing experience is an asset but not required.

What We Offer
- Full time, Monday-Friday, Day Shift (40 hours per week).
- Hourly wage of $17.95–$19.00, depending on experience.
