CTECH Consulting Group

Calgary

Role summary The Engagement Lead is CTECH’s recent-business sales representative, responsible for building relationships that can develop into successful long-term partnerships.

You will create opportunities through networking, referrals, targeted outreach, marketing activity, and direct engagement with businesses. As relationships develop, you will recognize where there may be genuine business potential, understand the concerns and priorities of the people involved, and help prospective partners make sense of what they need from their technology partner and what successful support could look like. You introduce CTECH and its services where relevant, provide useful information, and bring in additional CTECH expertise when greater depth is needed.

You are also responsible for CTECH’s commercial interests: assessing which opportunities merit further investment, communicating CTECH’s value and differentiation, navigating commercial conversations, and using sound judgment about when to explore further, involve additional expertise, advance an opportunity, or step back.

This is a sales role, and you are expected to generate new monthly recurring revenue. You will need to be comfortable prospecting, networking, presenting, qualifying opportunities, discussing value and pricing, preparing proposals, asking for decisions, and winning new business.
