As Technical Director, you will lead Facility, Design, and Process Engineering teams within Evonik’s CDMO workplace. The position supports parenteral lipid nanoparticle products and requires engineering management, GMP knowledge, and capital project experience. You will contribute to site leadership, operational excellence, and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Facility, Design, and Process Engineering teams
Contribute to site strategy and performance management
Manage asset lifecycle, reliability, and maintenance programs
Plan and execute capital investments
Oversee equipment design and fabrication activities
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, chemistry, or related discipline
Minimum 10 years of professional engineering experience
Engineering management experience in regulated manufacturing
Knowledge of GMP, GEP, and ISPE requirements
Excellent English communication and technical reporting skills
Bring engineering leadership, GMP expertise, and capital planning experience to Evonik’s Vancouver CDMO operations.
