ASCO seeks a Construction Site Superintendent experienced with general contracting and ICI projects. The superintendent oversees field operations, coordinates trades and subcontractors, and collaborates with project managers, engineers, clients, and consultants. The work includes commercial, institutional, and other ICI construction projects. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee field operations for safety, quality, and efficiency Coordinate trades, subcontractors, materials, and daily construction activities Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, codes,



and environmental standards Provide site safety leadership and maintain worker safety Communicate milestones and foster positive client relationships Requirements:

At least five years of ICI construction experience Direct supervision of $1 million to $10 million projects Strong leadership, supervision, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Ability to interpret contracts, drawings, specifications, and schedules Valid driver’s license and eligibility for security clearances Apply construction leadership, safety management, scheduling, and communication expertise to ASCO’s ICI project sites.
