Mandate Overview:

The clientis looking for a senior product owner for the Capital Markets Solutions team,Business sector. This person represents the fixed income, equities andderivatives groups and supports their expansion through the modernization oftechnology solutions and business processes. They own the product backlog androadmap, report on progress, risks and budget consumption, and present optionsand recommendations to governance committees. They guide and challenge the workof business and functional analysts, then coordinate business acceptancetesting. The mandate accepts experience gained as a PO or as a businessanalyst, provided it involves sell-side Capital Markets technology solutions.

Candidatesought:

a PO orbusiness analyst with at least 5 years on sell-side Capital Markets solutions,with hands-on knowledge of fixed income and derivatives (products, quoting,yield curves, trade lifecycle). The target is someone who has alreadyprioritized a backlog and tracked a roadmap, working with platforms such asMurex, Bloomberg or Tradeweb. Bilingual, they balance value, risk, capacity,vendors and timelines.

Requirements

Required:

Role held on Capital Markets technology solutions: businessanalyst or PO

Segments covered: derivatives, fixed income, equities,financing

Sell-side activities, mainly fixed income and derivatives:sales and trading platforms, order management,



fixed income trade lifecycle,market and reference data, accounting, risk

Financial products: quoting mechanisms, bond types, yieldcurves, credit ratings, trade valuation, fixed income derivatives (futures,swaps), risk hedging

Project phases or lifecycle of a continuously evolvingproduct

Hands-on use of Jira, Confluence and backlog managementpractices

Capital Markets platforms: CanDeal, GLMX, Tradeweb,ION/Fidessa/Anvil, Murex, Bloomberg, TOMS, Bloomberg Data License, BPIPE,MarkitWire or similar

Contribution to solution design, feasibility analyses,estimates, planning and release preparation

Client focus, rigour, autonomy, judgment, accountability,influence leadership

Asset:

Derivatives and Fixed Income desk operations, real-timepricing, market data consumption processes, pricing curve calibration

Banking, financial services or regulated workplace(described as a "significant asset")

Profiles to Exclude:

PO or business analyst profile whose experience coversretail banking, payments or credit, with no assignment on Capital Marketssolutions.

Profile whose Capital Markets experience is buy-side only(asset management, portfolio management), with no demonstrated exposure tosell-side activities.

Capital Markets experience held as a trader, salesperson oroperations agent, with no role on technology solutions.

Business analyst with no demonstrated responsibility forbacklog prioritization or roadmap contribution.

Scrum Master or agile coach presented as a PO, withoutbacklog ownership or representation of business needs.
