Position: Food Services Manager
Wage: CAD $39.00 per hour
Types: Full-time, Permanent (various shifts, including evening, weekends, and holidays)
Working hours: 30-40 hours per week
Advantages: 4% vacation pay

Job Duties:
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the daily operations;
Plan and control budget and inventory;
Determine type of foods to be offered and implement operational procedures;
Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices;
Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies;
Review and adjust staff schedule when necessary;
Recruit and oversee staff training, conduct performance reviews;




Resolve customer complaints and ensure provincial regulations are followed;
Hold staff meetings, resolve staff complaints and suggestions;
Negotiate with clients for catering or use of restaurant for events;
Manage catering, events, advertisements.

Job Requirements:
Completion of a college or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management is required.
Minimum 5 years of work experience in the food service sector including supervisory experience is required
Language at Work: English
