Overview:

CWorth Inc. is a leading business development and sales solutions firm in the telecommunications industry. We're hiring an Enrollment Representative to help introduce customers to available products and services and guide them through the enrollment process.

This is an entry-level opportunity for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, explaining information, and creating positive customer experiences. No previous sales or enrollment experience is required.

What You'll Do

- Start conversations with customers and introduce available products and services.
- Explain product features, service options, and enrollment details.
- Present product information and demonstrate available services.
- Answer questions and help customers understand their options.
- Make recommendations based on customer interests and needs.
- Assist interested customers with enrollment applications and sign-up procedures.
- Review enrollment details to help ensure information is accurate and complete.
- Maintain qualified and positive customer interactions.
- Develop communication, customer service, and sales skills through hands-on experience.





What We're Looking For

- Someone comfortable learning new products, services, and procedures.
- A candidate who is organized, attentive to detail, and receptive to coaching.
- An individual interested in developing customer service and sales experience.
- Previous enrollment, sales, or customer service experience is an asset but not required.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Training and Development You'll receive hands-on development in product knowledge, customer communication, presentations, and enrollment procedures. This role offers the opportunity to develop transferable skills in communication, customer service, problem-solving, and sales.
