As a senior technical leader, you will define architecture supporting Chartwell's multi-year information security roadmap. The hands-on work spans identity, cloud, network, endpoint, and data environments. You will guide Microsoft 365 and Azure security while advising technology and business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Own enterprise security and Zero Trust reference architectures

Lead identity, federation, privileged access, and conditional access design

Mature SSE, SASE, segmentation, and least-privilege models

Improve Microsoft 365, Azure, and Purview security posture

Review project,



application, cloud, and infrastructure security designs

Requirements

Ten-plus years in progressive information security experience

Five-plus years in security architecture or senior engineering

Expertise in Entra ID, Active Directory, ADFS, and federation

Experience securing Microsoft 365 and Azure at enterprise scale

Computer Science degree and security certification or progress

Lead enterprise security architecture through Zero Trust, identity, Microsoft cloud, and risk-informed technical design at Chartwell.
