No background in sales or customer service is needed. If you’re friendly, curious, and enjoy meeting people, we’ll help you build the rest.

The Entry-Level Associate is often a customer’s first conversation with E8M Management. You’ll walk people through their options, take care of the enrollment details, and make sure they know exactly what they signed up for.

A Day as an Entry-Level Associate

- Connect with customers and start easy, relaxed conversations about what they’re looking for.
- Explain product options in plain language and help customers choose the right fit, turning interest into completed sales.
- Complete enrollments carefully, making sure every sign-up is accurate from start to finish.
- Respond to customer questions or concerns on the spot with honest,



helpful answers.
- Learn product details inside and out, and keep up with new updates as they roll out.
- Work alongside other Entry-Level Associates to share tips, celebrate wins, and reach daily sales goals together.
