Gateway Winnipeg is growing, and we’re looking for an Entry-Level Associate to help Winnipeg customers get set up with Rogers services. As an Entry-Level Associate, you’ll have face-to-face conversations, learn the Rogers lineup inside and out, and help customers choose the services that fit them best. No experience needed; you’ll learn as you go alongside a supportive team.
As an independent Authorized Sales Representative for Rogers, the Entry Level Associate introduces residential customers to a full range of telecommunications services, including high-speed internet, TV packages, home security, and wireless plans. This role is a great fit for people who enjoy meeting customers, getting to know what they need, and recommending solutions that make sense for them, all in a professional, upbeat environment.
What an Entry-Level Associate Handles
- Meet customers face to face and learn how they use internet, TV, and mobile services.
- Walk customers through Rogers options and help them pick what fits,
turning interest into sales.
- Complete sign-ups accurately so every new customer starts off right.
- Answer questions and resolve concerns with clear, honest information.
- Stay up to date on Rogers products, promotions, and plan updates.
- Team up with other Entry Level Associates to share tips and reach daily sales goals.
