As an Authorized Representative of Rogers, this is an entry-level opportunity for individuals who enjoy communicating with people, learning about technology, and helping customers explore available products and services. You'll introduce customers to Rogers wireless, internet, and telecommunications options while developing practical skills in customer service, communication, and sales. No previous sales or telecommunications experience is required.

What You'll Do

- Connect with customers through in-person conversations and introduce Rogers products and services.
- Share information about wireless, internet, and telecommunications options.
- Explain product features, service options, and available promotions.
- Demonstrate products and help customers understand their options.
- Answer questions and make recommendations based on customer interests and needs.
- Assist interested customers with new service enrollments and sign-ups.
- Build positive customer relationships through clear and professional communication.




- Work alongside teammates to support customer experiences and shared sales goals.

What We're Looking For
