As Senior Project Coordinator, you will support bidding, preparation, engineering review, execution, and handover for assigned civil works projects. Reporting to the Project Director, you will coordinate with superintendents, site teams, clients, consultants, engineers, and subcontractors. Your work will support schedule, budget, company standards, safety protocols, and client expectations.

Support Health and Safety Program implementation and compliance monitoringAssist tender bidding through quantity takeoffs and drawing reviewsCoordinate procurement, scopes, subcontractor selection, and performance monitoringTrack costs,



forecasts, billing, and financial reportsSupport meetings, change management, quality control, and progress reportingRequirements:
Civil engineering background emphasizing construction managementThree to five years of infrastructure project coordination experienceUnderstanding of safety, environmental regulations, and execution practicesAbility to interpret drawings, contracts, specifications, and schedulesProficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project or Primavera, and BluebeamBring civil coordination, safety, cost control, and communication expertise to complex infrastructure projects across the GTA.
