The Manager, EH&S; provides strategic and technical direction for assigned Ontario and other designated locations. This qualified role oversees compliance, EHS management systems, incident investigations, training, and operational risk controls. You will partner with leaders and employees to strengthen performance and culture.

Key Responsibilities

Lead EHS priorities across assigned Canadian operations and locations

Maintain management systems, compliance calendars, dashboards, and action plans

Advise leaders on complex risks and regulatory changes

Conduct inspections,



audits, Gemba walks, and program reviews

Analyze trends and provide recurring performance reports

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or related discipline

Minimum eight years of progressive EHS experience

Knowledge of Canadian EHS and workers’ compensation requirements

Experience controlling risks across operational environments

Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 10%
