Senior Construction Estimator – Drywall, Steel Stud Framing & T-Bar Ceilings

We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Estimator with a minimum of 5 years of experience specifically in drywall, steel stud framing, and T-bar ceiling construction.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive estimates, reviewing construction drawings and specifications, performing detailed quantity takeoffs, calculating material and labour costs, obtaining supplier , and preparing professional project bids.

Key Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of estimating experience in drywall, steel stud framing, and T-bar ceiling projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and building materials.
- Experience with quantity takeoffs, labour calculations, and cost breakdowns.
- Ability to prepare competitive bids and manage multiple estimates.
- Knowledge of project pricing, subcontractor quotations,



and tendering processes.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet bid deadlines.
- Ability to identify new business opportunities and help secure projects.

Pay: $6,000.00-$10,000.00 per month
