Within EY’s established M&A; Practice, you will support mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, financing, and valuations. The work spans market and industry analysis, comparable transactions, detailed models, valuation techniques, and client presentations. You will contribute throughout the process while collaborating with EY colleagues, clients, and target personnel.

Key Responsibilities

Build detailed financial models, including scenario analysisPrepare valuations using DCF, multiples, and precedent transactionsAnalyze market, competition, industry risks,
