- Private Equity Our client is a designer and manufacturer of highly engineered products for the scientific and industrial marketplace undergoing significant growth under private equity ownership. You will oversee the finance, accounting, and information technology teams and be accountable for building a robust and scalable process platform. Key mandates are to upgrade financial reporting and operational KPI dashboards, overhaul systems for cost accounting and inventory management, and manage due diligence and integration plans for recent acquisitions. The ideal candidate will have a combination of the following experiences: manufacturing industry experience, multi-location and global jurisdiction experience, working with a leveraged balance sheet, managing bank relationships, acquisitions and integration. A base salary in the $250K
- $300K range with additional bonus and equity is offered. #
