This Senior Process Engineer contributes to complex industrial projects from a Shellex office in Quebec or Toronto. You will apply process engineering, material and energy balances, PFDs, P&IDs;, and equipment specification. The role supports decarbonization, energy efficiency, and industrial transformation projects while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities
Design and optimize industrial processesDevelop material and energy balances, PFDs, and P&IDsParticipate; in HAZOP, HAZID, LOPA, and PHA assessmentsSelect and specify critical process equipmentCoordinate with technical teams, clients, and partnersRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical EngineeringMinimum 10 years of industrial process experienceGood-standing membership in the Ordre des ingénieurs du QuébecConsulting engineering experience in regulated environmentsFluency in French and functional English proficiencyBring industrial process design, risk assessment, and multidisciplinary collaboration expertise to Shellex’s complex projects.
