Next Round Social is looking for an energetic, organized, and outgoing Events Coordinator to join our growing team!

We are looking for someone who is passionate about customer service, enjoys working with people, and has a talent for planning memorable experiences.

From corporate events and birthday parties to holiday celebrations and team-building activities, you will help bring exciting events to life!

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to event inquiries and coordinate bookings.
- Plan and organize corporate events, birthday parties, and private functions.
- Promote and sell event packages, food and beverage options, and entertainment experiences.
- Build relationships with local businesses and organizations to generate new bookings.
- Prepare event quotes, proposals, and confirmations.
- Coordinate event details with management, kitchen, and service teams.
- Ensure events run smoothly and guests receive exceptional service.
- Follow up with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Assist with marketing and promoting events at Next Round Social.

Qualifications




- Experience in event planning, hospitality, customer service, or sales preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Outgoing, professional, and customer-focused.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Comfortable promoting and selling event packages.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
