As an Events Specialist, you will help deliver live and virtual industry conferences, symposiums, internal meetings, and educational events. The work includes logistics, vendor coordination, attendee registration, materials preparation, and reporting. Your support will help Versaterm maintain effective event experiences across public safety technology audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate venues, schedules, logistics, and event support

Support registrations, booths, and event materials

Manage meeting agendas, speakers, and technical setup





Research vendors and maintain external partner contracts

Compile evaluations, costs, demographics, and feedback summaries

Requirements

Degree or diploma in events, communications, marketing, or related field

Two to three years’ event coordination or administrative support experience

Solid organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Microsoft Office proficiency and occasional travel availability
