The Parts Manager oversees the daily operations of the Parts ( Heavy Duty ) Department, ensuring budget goals are met, expenses are managed, and customer relationships are maintained. This role includes supervising staff through hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management, while also analyzing financial variances and visiting customers to strengthen business relationships. Experience:
Build and maintain lasting customer relationships through regular visits and exceptional service Manage consignment contracts, bid on tenders, and resolve customer issues promptly Minimum 8 years of experience as a Parts Technician or similar role in the dealership/trucking industry Minimum 3 years of proven leadership experience managing diverse teams Solid understanding of business principles and sound business judgment Exceptional customer service skills and ability to maintain client relationships Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
