This Associate Director role leads data products supporting US Commercial reporting, advanced analytics, CRM, and Decision Science. You will establish business definitions, ownership, lineage, validation, and release acceptance criteria across multiple sources and consumers. You will also partner with engineering on models, pipelines, architecture, access, and sustained operations.

Eight or more years managing pharmaceutical or healthcare commercial dataAdvanced SQL and practical Snowflake profiling experienceWorking knowledge of Python and orchestration or transformation toolsExperience defining quality controls and release acceptance criteriaAbility to influence senior business and technology stakeholdersBring data product ownership, quality leadership, Snowflake judgment, and stakeholder influence to Alexion’s commercial data portfolio.
