This Senior Manager reports to the Director, Infrastructure, Telecom & Operations, overseeing telecommunications and messaging services. Responsibilities include employee leadership, audiovisual standards, supplier performance, procurement, and issue resolution. The role operates Monday to Friday, exclusively in office, within a French-speaking work environment.
