Lead executive events and hospitality programs at CIBC Square, using event management and critical thinking in an in office, full-time setting. This one-year contract supports senior leadership, the Board of Directors, and the Office of the CEO.

As Manager, Hospitality Services, you will plan and deliver Board Weeks, specialty events, leadership engagements, and CEO-sponsored market-facing events. You will oversee executive catering and dining programs while coordinating internal partners and external vendors. Your work will improve service standards, processes, and executive partner satisfaction.

Requirements

Five years of executive event planning experience
