This is a senior, hands on bookkeeping role. You will own the day to day accounting and work closely with the finance lead, who handles year end and higher level reporting.

Full cycle bookkeeping: AP, AR, GL and payroll Monthly bank, credit card and intercompany reconciliations Payroll processing, timesheets, advantages deductions and vacation accruals Vendor and customer billing, collections and payment inquiries 5+ years of hands on bookkeeping, ideally full cycle to trial balance ~ Comfortable working across more than one entity, including intercompany reconciliations ~ Payroll processing experience ~ You will be working in an industry specific ERP, so we need someone who understands the accounting behind the entries and can pick up new software quickly ~ Accounting or bookkeeping certificate is an asset.
