We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team at Armando's - Walker Rd. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring that every guest enjoys their dining experience. Responsibilities
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions regarding the menu.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables and utensils.
- Requirements
- Previous experience in Italian cuisine.
- Previous serving experience min 1 year
- Must be available for day, evening and weekend shifts.
- Robust customer service skills with a passion for helping others.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and handling procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Smart Serve certified
