As a Manager or Senior Consultant, you will lead onboarding engagements using SAP SuccessFactors. You will design, configure, and deploy scalable onboarding journeys while guiding clients through transformation. The work connects Recruiting, Employee Central, and third party systems.

Shape onboarding strategies with HR and Talent Acquisition leadersFacilitate workshops translating visions into SAP SuccessFactors capabilitiesConfigure and deploy SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding solutionsDesign workflows, forms, and tailored onboarding experiencesManage timelines, deliverables, testing, training, and communicationsRequirements:
Solid understanding of onboarding and employee lifecycle processesHands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors OnboardingAbility to advise on compliance and experience designExperience collaborating across HR technology teamsCapability to mentor junior consultants and share knowledgeLead SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding transformations at EY through solution design, client guidance, implementation, and employee experience.
