You will partner with Operations, guide accounting professionals, and strengthen processes, controls, and governance. The position emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and scalable execution across sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop Sector Controllers, Controllers, and AccountantsOversee monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close processesEnsure IFRS, policy, and internal control complianceReview reconciliations and resolve balance sheet issuesDrive standardized, scalable accounting process improvementsRequirements:
CPA designation or equivalent with solid IFRS knowledgeProgressive accounting or controllership leadership experienceExperience in complex, multi-entity environmentsStrong financial reporting, controls, and compliance expertiseAdvanced Excel and financial systems experienceBring controllership leadership, IFRS expertise, and process improvement capability to strengthen accounting accuracy, governance, and operational support.
