Lead enterprise AI platforms at CoreFactor’s client in the GTA, applying generative AI and cloud architecture in a hybrid setting. The permanent, full time position requires office attendance two days weekly.
As Manager, AI Platforms, you will develop strategy and roadmaps for generative AI, machine learning, enterprise search, AI agents, and AI-enabled applications. You will lead multidisciplinary teams while partnering with architecture, cybersecurity, privacy, data governance, infrastructure, vendors, and business technology stakeholders. The work centers on secure, scalable, governed, cost-effective platform adoption.

Key Responsibilities

Develop enterprise AI platform strategy, roadmaps, standards, and governance controlsLead design, delivery, operation, and improvement of AI platformsEstablish architecture patterns for RAG, AI agents, and model integrationManage staff, contractors,



vendors, and strategic delivery partnersMonitor platform consumption, performance, security, and operational issuesRequirements:
Degree in artificial intelligence, computer science, engineering, or related fieldEight to ten-plus years progressive technology experience, including leadershipUnderstanding of generative AI, large language models, RAG, and AI agentsExperience with Snowflake, Microsoft Azure AI, Microsoft Copilot, or comparable technologiesKnowledge of cloud architecture, cybersecurity, identity, governance, and Responsible AIBring strategic leadership, platform engineering expertise, and responsible AI knowledge to enterprise adoption across the GTA.
