Do you enjoy combining technology, business strategy, and customer engagement to solve complex challenges? As a Solution Engineer II, you'll play a critical role in helping organizations understand how modern Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) solutions can transform the way they operate. You'll partner with sales teams, engage directly with senior stakeholders, deliver impactful software demonstrations, and become a trusted advisor throughout the customer journey. This is an opportunity to develop deep product expertise, influence strategic purchasing decisions, and accelerate your career in a high-growth SaaS environment.

Deliver engaging, consultative product demonstrations that address customer business challenges and goalsPartner closely with Account Executives to drive the technical strategy behind new opportunities and support successful deal outcomesWork with customers to understand requirements and design solutions that align with their needsPresent confidently to audiences ranging from operational users to executive stakeholdersCollaborate with Product Management and other internal teams to share market feedback and support product innovationRepresent Diligent through customer-facing events, webinars, and industry engagementsThese are the essentials you'll need to get an interview:
3-5 years of experience in a Solution Engineering, Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales,



or similar customer-facing technical roleProven experience delivering software demonstrations and presenting solutions to customersStrong ability to translate business requirements into technology solutionsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage audiences at all levelsExperience working alongside sales teams to support complex software sales cyclesAbility to quickly learn new technologies, products, and business domainsA proactive, self-driven approach with a passion for continuous learning and developmentIt would be great if you had these too, but we'll support you if you don't:
Experience within Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Ethics & Compliance, Risk Management, or Third-Party Risk ManagementExperience working in a SaaS environmentFamiliarity with AI tools and emerging technologiesKnowledge of Salesforce, Gong, or similar sales enablement platformsRelevant certifications or specialist expertise in a compliance, risk, or governance domainAt Diligent, you'll join a collaborative team that values curiosity, innovation, and continuous learning.
