We are hiring a Director of Finance to lead financial strategy and operations across Nobis and the InnoVision Group, its parent company. It requires a leader who can balance strategic thinking with rigorous cash flow management and operational efficiency.

Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year financial planningSupport leadership with scenario modeling, investment analysis, and strategic decision-makingProvide financial insight to support growth initiatives while maintaining discipline on profitabilityReporting & Performance Deliver timely, accurate financial reporting with explicit, actionable insightsDrive visibility into performance by channel and marketIdentify opportunities for margin improvement, cost optimization, and operational efficiencyOperations & Cash Management Oversee core finance functions including AP/AR, payroll, and product costingOwn cash flow planning, liquidity management, and working capital optimizationMaintain and strengthen internal controls and financial processesBusiness Partnership & Initiative Proactively engage with teams across the business, including sales, merchandising, product,



operations, marketing, and e-commerce, to understand how they work and what drives their resultsTake initiative to identify risks, opportunities, and improvements before they are raised, and bring forward recommendations, not just reportsAct as a trusted finance partner to leadership and department heads, translating numbers into clear, practical guidanceGlobal Partnerships Oversee financial operations and reporting across international JVs and distributors, particularly in AsiaPartner with global stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and accountabilitySystems, Infrastructure & AI Lead ongoing development and optimization of financial systems (NetSuite preferred)Enhance dashboards and reporting tools to support data-driven decision-makingAdopt AI tools responsibly to improve workflows and generate insight, with verification of every output before it informs a decisionLead, mentor, and develop a finance team of 3–4 professionalsBuild a culture of accountability, rigor, and continuous improvementQualifications 8–12 years of progressive experience in finance, FP&A;, or accounting leadershipExperience in consumer goods, retail, or apparel (preferred)Strong background in financial planning, reporting, and cash flow managementExperience working with international operations (JVs, distributors; At Nobis and InnoVision, you’ll be part of a dynamic, international brand platform with strategic and a clear focus on long-term value creation.
