The Field Lead Supervisor provides day-to-day leadership across multiple crews and large-scale project sites. You will support Field Leads, coordinate trade partners, manage site logistics, and monitor project performance. This position emphasizes protected, efficient, and high-quality operations delivered on schedule and within budget. The role reports to the Regional Manager and involves frequent regional travel, with occasional nationwide travel.
