- 19563Our client, a well established and profitable Canadian company, is looking for a hands on, product first Head of Product Partnerships to join their team in Toronto The business is transforming into an AI native technology company and growing quickly, with digital platforms that reach millions of people every month. This role is ideal for a product leader who loves building partner facing products and integrations, owns them from discovery through launch, and keeps improving them long after go live. Track adoption and engagement after launch,



identify friction and continuously improve the user experience Experience writing and owning product requirements and working closely with engineering to deliver them Comfortable working with senior stakeholders at large institutions while moving quickly in a small, quick paced team Please note: sales, channel, business development and commercialization focused backgrounds are not the right fit for this role This is a hybrid role located in Downtown Toronto, ON, with about 3 days a week in office Competitive base salary of $170,000 to $190,000 plus a performance bonus, with total compensation of $230,000 to $250,000 based on experience LRO Staffing values fairness, confidentiality, and human judgment in every stage of our hiring process.
