Responsibilities Manage a team of Field Service Technicians and Technical Support Specialists (3 to 5 employees)Schedule work assignments and coordinate technicians' calendars for customer service requests and large-scale installationsTrack and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) covering all department activitiesAnalyze service quality, including response times, in office visit lead times, and first-time issue resolution ratesEnsure the proper operation and maintenance of the team's vehicle fleetParticipate in inventory counts and various continuous improvement initiativesUp to 30% travel across Australia for customer visits and site support activitiesYour profile is : Diploma in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering with relevant experience5 to 10 years of relevant experienceStrong problem-solving skillsExperience in planning and resource managementExperience in product repair and technical supportWillingness and availability to travel across AustraliaValid driver's license
