The RoleDriven by continuous rapid expansion and an active M&A; pipeline, this newly created Manager, Financial Reporting role reflects our organization’s growth and expanding footprint. Serving as a core technical pillar within our Financial Reporting team, you will contribute to complex IFRS technical accounting, purchase price allocations, and external audit coordination while drafting key financial disclosures. In this role, you will translate complex standards into actionable guidance across business units,



ensuring robust financial compliance and reporting excellence as the company continues to scale. Author complex accounting technical memos analyzing non-routine business transactions to ensure compliance with IFRS standards. Purchase Price Allocations (PPA): Contribute to the end-to-end PPA process under IFRS 3, determining fair values for acquired intangible assets, assumed liabilities, and resulting goodwill. Accounting Advisory: Translate complex accounting standards into clear, actionable guidance for teams and business units to drive organization-wide compliance and achieve appropriate results. Draft disclosures in financial statements, M&A; and press release, including Business Combinations, Intangible Assets and Goodwill. Contribute to the overall coordination with external auditors, progressing audit and review lifecycles, coordinating deliverable schedules, and resolving complex accounting issues efficiently.
