Board, and departmental leaders on budgeting, forecasting, audits, and financial planning. You'll provide oversight of HR administration, WSIB, return-to-work programs, and organizational risk management. You'll enhance financial systems, policies, and processes to support operational efficiency. 5+ years of progressive financial administration experience, including senior-level responsibilities. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, payroll, and regulatory compliance. Experience in non-profit, healthcare, long-term care, or government-funded environments preferred. Familiarity with Microsoft Great Plains and QHR payroll systems considered an asset. Excellent leadership, communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
