Build Houdini workflows for Image Engine in Vancouver, supporting artists and TDs through Python tools and production troubleshooting. This is a one-year project contract.
The Houdini Workflow TD supports FX and other Houdini-using departments, including CFX, Grooming, Modelling, and Environment. You translate show requirements into reusable tools, maintain HDAs and templates, and improve facility workflows. The work combines CG shot production understanding with communication across artists, supervisors, production staff, developers, IT, and vendors.
