As Lead, Commercial Management, you will oversee a diverse project portfolio throughout its lifecycle. Your work supports Priority Agreements and Pre-Construction Services, including property, permits, utilities, environmental programs, and Indigenous Relations. You will guide commercial strategy and value for money.

Key Responsibilities

Develop commercial management strategies for priority agreements and vendor contractsManage relationships with governments, agencies, communities, partners, and vendorsCoordinate schedules and plans with internal cross-functional departmentsPrepare commercial assessments, recommendations, contract documents,



and approvalsResolve significant issues and protect Metrolinx’s commercial reputationRequirements:
Degree in engineering, architecture, law, planning, or public administrationExtensive experience planning, procuring, designing, and constructing infrastructureExperience managing large, complex, multi-year transit projectsStrong relationship management, influencing, negotiation, and presentation skillsKnowledge of contract law, construction documents, regulations, and quality controlsApply commercial leadership, stakeholder expertise, and infrastructure knowledge to advance Metrolinx transit projects and strategic agreements.
