Vista Projects seeks a Project Planning and Scheduling Lead for its Planning & Scheduling department. You will support proactive control of project plans, schedules, cost control, and project management systems. The work includes EPCM planning, reporting, resource loading, schedule analysis, and coordination with project managers, estimators, engineers, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare Level 1 to Level 3 EPC schedulesLead interactive planning sessions and review preliminary schedulesCoordinate project planning and scheduling activitiesMonitor, analyze, and report schedule statusPerform logic, risk, and what-if schedule analysisRequirements:
