As Manager, Regulatory & Policy Governance, you will support TDAM’s non-securities regulatory obligations. The role covers Canadian privacy, FATCA/CRS, registered products, and related compliance topics. You will report to the Vice President & Director, Regulatory & Policy Governance.

Key Responsibilities

Provide governance and regulatory expertise for TDAM non-securities activitiesReview privacy impact assessments and coordinate privacy event reportingSupport FATCA/CRS and registered product requirementsMaintain regulatory libraries, controls, mappings, and regulatory changesDevelop policies, procedures, training, and operational control guidanceRequirements:
