Reporting to the Reliability Leader, this Maintenance Manager establishes long-term departmental strategy aligned with the corporate Asset Reliability Program. The role enhances facility performance through contemporary manufacturing principles and data-driven recommendations. Responsibilities span planning, staffing, training, work management, equipment strategies, and departmental performance.

At least five years in a maintenance roleProven maintenance best practices in industrial environmentsTechnical diploma required;
