Key Responsibilities
Direct daily general ledger functions, month-end and year-end closing cycles, balance sheet reconciliations, and executive financial reporting.
Drive liquidity tracking, daily/weekly cash forecasting, bank reconciliations, and short-term capital visibility.
Oversee AR operations and credit management,



partnering with sales and fulfillment to evaluate credit limits and resolve order-release bottlenecks.
Lead audit readiness and coordination, while assisting with annual operational budgeting and operational cost analyses.
Manage multi-state US sales tax filings, quarterly royalty schedules, and corporate expense administration (Concur/card programs).
What You Bring5+ years of progressive accounting experience within a manufacturing, assembly, or distribution setting.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or business-related field. Infor, Epicor, SAP, NetSuite) and advanced Excel modeling capabilities. Data visualization skills (Power BI/Tableau) are a strong bonus.
Solid understanding of cost accounting concepts, bill of materials (BOM), WIP, and multi-channel revenue workflows.
