We are seeking a friendly and attentive Busser/Expo to join our dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate will provide support to kitchen and front-of-house staff by assisting servers with seating guests, packing and delivering food orders, ensuring that said food is presented with the correct garnishes, sauces, and side items prior to reaching tables/going into take out bags, clearing tables, crafting quality beverages, answering the phone, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. This role requires robust multitasking skills, food, beverage, and allergy knowledge, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Experience in the food industry and familiarity with POS systems are highly valued.

Duties

- Assist with opening duties
- Prepare take out and delivery beverage according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines
- Engage with customers when delivering food to provide excellent hospitality experience
- Manage cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with food safety and food handling regulations at all times
- Use POS systems such as Toast POS for order entry, billing, and cash handling
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the expo/server counters
- Restock supplies as needed and assist with inventory management

Requirements

- Clear communication with team members, attention to detail, and the ability to follow food handling and food safety practices.



Food service, customer service, or hospitality experience is highly valued. Familiarity with cooking, cashiering, cash handling, hotel, guest services, or barista work is an added strength.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours while maintaining professionalism
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Toast POS is a plus
- Basic math skills for cash handling and calculating drink recipes or bills
- Hospitality mindset with a friendly demeanor and strong communication skills
- Must be of legal age to handle alcohol according to local regulation
