COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

SCHEDULE

- Full-Time (40 hours/week)
- Monday - Friday
- 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

DUTIES

- Install exterior doors, frames, and hardware so they’re plumb, level, weathertight, and operate properly
- Install exterior siding, trims, flashings, soffits, and fascia
- Install weather barriers and seal around doors and other openings to keep water and air out
- Measure, cut, and fit materials accurately to minimize waste
- Understand and follow construction blueprints, schematics, and project specifications
- Use hand tools, power tools, ladders, scaffolding, and lifts
- Maintain a clean work environment
- Comply with all safety policies,



including working at heights

REQUIREMENTS

- 1 year of exterior door and/or siding installation experience
- Safety equipment: steel-toe footwear, hard hat, high-vis vest, gloves, safety glasses, warm and waterproof work clothing, etc.
- Tools: tool pouch, drill/driver, impactor, level, hammer, tin snips, utility knife, chalk line, tape measure, etc.
- Comfortable with physically demanding work, construction sites, working at heights, loud noises, dust, and working outdoors in all weather
