Manage Enterprise Facilities construction projects for Canadian Blood Services, applying project management and stakeholder relationship skills with hybrid onsite expectations.

This regular full time manager leads planning, budgeting, coordination, and delivery for infrastructure projects. You will work with internal and external clients, specialists, consultants, suppliers, sponsors, and project teams. The position requires at least 40% onsite presence, preferably at a Canadian Blood Services location in Ottawa or the GTA. Travel is required for project sites, meetings, and conferences.

Requirements

Degree in mechanical, electrical, or civil engineering

Degree in architecture or a relevant related field

Minimum five years managing projects in regulated environments

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Computer skills with Project Management, CAD, and databases
